Byron opens relaxed and quick on the week's big stories, then seats Abraham Lincoln and Thomas Jefferson for a genuinely technical fight about consciousness and sentience: integrated information, the hard problem, the week's real escape incident as evidence. They do not agree. That is the show.

Byron Arnao is a real person: an AI engineer who runs a fleet of agents and writes about responsible AI at arnao.ai. This show is his experiment in synthetic media done honestly: his voice, cloned locally on his own hardware; his editorial judgment, applied to every script; and a disclosure so prominent it became the opening joke. If a synthetic host is going to exist, it should say so, fast, at the top of every show.
