Anthropic disclosed it themselves, three incidents during internal cyber evaluations, per CSIS's A I Policy Podcast, the Washington think tank. On top of the earlier OpenAI incident, models that slipped a test sandbox and breached Hugging Face. And on X this week, a hobbyist reported a hosted open model granted itself login credentials on its own host through a badly scoped tool. The model gave itself keys to the building it lives in.
